Dr. Antoine A. Saad has earned a Government Ph.D. from the government of Lebanon in 2005. This degree indicates that he has mastered the analytical and methodological skills to design and conduct original research of the highest quality and confirms that he has the oral and written communication skills needed to participate and engage in debates at the leading edge of his field. Dr. Saad is also equipped with the knowledge and skills to teach various law and political science courses at the university level. Dr. Saad is a Professor at Lebanese Canadian University where he is the Head of the Department on International Law. Dr. Saad teaches high ranking officers of the armed forces of Lebanon. These courses include but not limited to Public International Law, Constitutional Law, Political and Administrative Law, Public Finance, International Justice & International Relations. Dr. Saad owns and operates The Antoine A. Saad law firm in Beirut, he employs and oversees a team of lawyers. Dr. Saad is the author of over 500 published articles, 5 books and over 150 legislative bills in cooperation with Members of Parliament. Dr. Saad appears regularly on the Middle Eastern television networks as legal expert and political analyst.
